Once you've selected the appointment type you'd like, you'll be asked, “Are you an existing patient?” If this is your first visit with me at Inner Tides, please select “No” - even if you've seen me previously at another clinic. After your first visit here, you can select “Yes” for future appointments.
Already have a ChARM account with another practice?
Scroll past the scheduler below for instructions on connecting Inner Tides to your existing ChARM account.
ALREADY HAVE A CHARM ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PRACTICE?
You can add Inner Tides to your existing ChARM account rather than creating a new one. Please let me know that you already have a ChARM account, and I will send you a PHR invitation from Inner Tides.
1. Once you receive the PHR invitation email from Inner Tides, open it and click the invitation link.
2. Enter your date of birth and click Next.
3. When prompted, sign in using the same ChARM username/email and password you use for your existing ChARM account.
4. You should see a message confirming that Inner Tides Integrative Medicine is being added to your existing account.
5. Click Submit.
6. The next time you log into ChARM, you should be able to select between your practices.
Important: The email address used for your Inner Tides invitation must match the email address associated with your existing ChARM account.
